Understand the overall plan and direction of Maria’s Italian Kitchen and set specific goals for their store to fit in with the plan.
Motivate team members to achieve their goals.
Give clear, consistent directives so that team members know exactly what role each has to play.
Provide a favorable image of Maria's Italian Kitchen at all times and to promote our objectives and enhance public recognition of our areas of endeavor.
Fulfill all responsibilities of the Manager.
